Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how UpIn Enterprise LLC, which operates My Trucking Board ("we," "us" or "our"), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit www.mytruckingboard.com, contact us, or use the My Trucking Board platform and the company login and driver application pages we host for our customers (the "Service").
My Trucking Board is a business tool for trucking companies. When a trucking company (our "customer") uses My Trucking Board to manage its employees, drivers and job applicants, the customer decides what information to collect and how to use it, and we process that information on the customer's behalf. If you are a driver, employee or applicant of one of our customers, please also read that company's privacy notice and contact them with questions about your information.

Information our customers put into the Service
Customers use My Trucking Board to store and manage information such as loads, rates, invoices, statements, fuel and factoring reports, bills of lading, equipment records, claims and accident records, training results, messages, and information about drivers and job applicants (for example, contact details, license and medical card details and expiration dates, employment history and documents the driver uploads). We process this information for the customer, as described in Section 4.

4. Information we process for our customers
For information that customers and their users put into the Service, including driver and applicant data, the customer controls the information and we act as its service provider. We use it only to provide the Service to that customer, to keep the Service secure, and as the law requires. Requests to see, correct or delete this information should go to the trucking company that collected it. If you contact us instead, we will forward your request to that company or help it respond.
5. Text messages and calls
Our customers can use My Trucking Board to text, call or fax their own employees and drivers. Those messages come from the customer, which is responsible for having the needed consent and honoring opt-outs.
If you give My Trucking Board your phone number, for example on our contact form, we may call or text you about your inquiry or account. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help, or contact support@mytruckingboard.com. We do not share or sell phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
6. How long we keep information
- Account and Customer Data: for as long as the account is active. After an account ends, the customer may request an export for 30 days; after that, we delete or anonymize the data within a reasonable time, unless we must keep it by law.
- Inactive Free accounts: a Free account with no sign-in for more than 6 months is deleted with its data, after an email notice to the account administrator at least 30 days before.
- Backups: backup copies are kept on a rolling basis, generally for up to 30 days, and then overwritten.
- Contact and sales inquiries: generally up to 2 years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer.
- Billing records: as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts and understand how our website and Service are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Service, such as signing in, may not work without them. Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, password protection, access limited to people who need it, sign-in verification for new devices or locations, and regular backups. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify affected customers and individuals as the law requires.
9. Your choices and rights
- Account information: account administrators can view and update company and user information in the Service, or ask us to help.

10. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
11. Where information is stored
